The platform began as an exploration. Instead of building to a fixed brief, we shaped the process around new technology and followed where it led — which opened up exciting new ways of working with AI.

It also revealed a harder truth: adoption and learning don't come for free. So we stopped treating the process as something to finalise and started adapting it on the fly, adjusting and showing clients the early prototypes to minimise feedback loops.

That's what made the difference. By weaving AI into how we actually work, we've improved workflow efficiency by 67% across the company going from weeks and months to days — and we're still learning.
